You asked for it, and we’re giving it: a selection of Marvel comics—and more! With the runaway success in recent years of the X-Men, Avengers, Ironman, Hulk, Thor and Captain America franchises it’s no wonder we’ve been getting inquiries about free Marvel comics for this year’s FCBD at Fully Booked. 1. Infinity

Infinity by Jonathan Hickman and Jim Cheung is Marvel’s opening salvo to the much anticipated six-issue release of this limited series later in 2013. Fans of Hickman’s work on Avengers, New Avengers, Fantastic Four and FF need to be getting in line for this FCBD Gold Book, PRONTO! Availability: All Fully Booked branches.


2. Avengers Assemble | Hulk Agents of S.M.A.S.H

The Disney Channel’s sibling network Disney XD will be launching the cartoon version of The Avengers and Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.—and this book features the same new art style to be featured in those upcoming shows. Younger Marvel fans, be sure to have this on your to-get list when you’re in line at FCBD! Availability: Fully Booked Fort branch only.


3. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

DUDE! Another expected favorite among the younger comic and cartoon fans, this cover brings to the page the amphibious agents of all things cool—everyone’s favorite sewer surfing quartet, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! These guys have been ruling television screens in the past, and now they are back in the style of their Nickelodeon hit show. It’s enough to get you screaming “Cowabunga!!!” Availability: Fully Booked Fort branch only.


4 & 5. Judge Dredd | 2000 AD

Fans of the British sci-fi anthology 2000 AD will be stoked about both these books. The Judge Dredd title features some of the best stories in the franchise presented in fresh new color. And the 2000 AD book is 48 pages jam-packed with brand new Judge Dredd and Zombo stories, to name just a two! Availability: Fully Booked Fort branch only.
