Last month, we had a rumpus at the West Egg as the Revisiting Required Literature (RRL) Book Club kicked off the season with The Great Gatsby— free flowing ideas and all. If you missed that session, here’s the recap:

Like we announced that evening, Jay, Nick and Daisy make up just the first of four works we are diving into this term under the theme of Banned a.k.a. Challenged Books. Our next session is set for September 26, 2014 (Friday) 7-9pm at the Forum at Fully Booked BGC. That evening we move from the upper East Coast to Mr. Jones’ estate with George Orwell’s Animal Farm. We will open its pages to discover what absolute power can do to people animals.
