Watch award-winning bakers Valeri Valeriano and Christina Ong recreate their favorite floral designs plus get your copies of 100 Buttercream Flowers signed on May 17, 2015 (Sunday) 3-6pm at the Forum in Fully Booked Bonifacio High Street.
What will happen?
The event will begin with an introduction of the authors. Afterwards, Valeri and Christina will be showcasing some of their flower piping techniques based on a sample from the book. This will be followed by a short Q&A portion so get those questions ready. The book signing proper comes next.
We may have to speed up the signing process to accommodate everyone.
What happens when I get to the venue?
Step 1. Register and get your books verified by presenting your Fully Booked official receipt or the attached sticker tag.
Step 2. Get a book pass number.
Only those with book pass numbers will be called out during the book signing so please register.
Is there a limit to books signed? What books can be signed?
Only Fully Booked copies of 100 Buttercream Flowers are eligible for signing during the event. Please have your proof of purchase ready (receipt and/or sticker tag) for verification. This is needed for your book pass. Any number of books can be signed by the author.
You may also get your copies of The Contemporary Buttercream Bible signed given the following conditions: 1) you have successfully registered your copy of 100 Buttercream Flowers signed and 2) the book is also from Fully Booked (proof of purchase must be presented).
What time is registration for the event?
Registration begins at 2pm. Participants must register before entering the venue. The order of book signing will be based on the number you get upon registration. However, the seats will be occupied on a first-come, first-served basis.

Masters of buttercream art Valeri Valeriano and Christina Ong left the Philippines in 2008 to work in the UK in the medical field. After learning how to make cupcake bouquets in 2011 they launched their business, Queen of Hearts Couture Cakes, and have since won numerous top international awards for their amazing buttercream designs. They teach classes in Europe, Asia and the US and headline at cake events around the world. Their first book, The Contemporary Buttercream Bible, charted at No.1 in cake decorating on Amazon just days after its release, and has already been translated into German and Spanish.
